I offer birth and postnatal doula support, as well as birth preparation and birth debrief sessions. I can also offer most of my services remotely.

Below is a guide but I work collaboratively with my clients to create a bespoke service to fit your needs

If you would like to ‘gift me’ to a loved one or ask friends/ family for a contribution towards doula support, I offer gift vouchers

Birth Doula.

£1,400

  • 3 x antenatal appointments - more if needed

  • Birth attendance

  • 1 x postnatal appointment - more if needed

  • Unlimited phone contact from booking until 6 weeks post birth

I will be a constant presence during your birth, with you throughout your labour until a few hours after your baby is born. I will support you physically and emotionally, working to create a calm and safe environment and advocating for you to ensure your wishes are heard.

My aim is to give you the best possible chance of an empowering and magical birth.

Postnatal Doula.

£25 per hour - day time care

I am there for whatever you need. My role differs from family to family, day to day, but in essence I am there to support you, to provide a supportive and nurturing environment as you transition into motherhood - the first, second, third or subsequent time.

I will do what I can to make your life a little easier, enabling you to make the most out of those early days and weeks, the fourth trimester.

Night Doula.

£30 per hour

I can stay with you overnight to help ease the burden of night wakings, allowing you to get some well earned rest.

Birth Preparation.

£75

  • 1-2 hours

  • An opportunity to discuss your aspirations for birth, any fears or concerns that you may have - including any complications in your pregnancy or previous birth experiences - and ways to prepare for birth

Birth debriefing

Birth Debrief.

£75

  • 1-2 hours

  • Whether it’s a month, 6 months or 6 years after you gave birth it can be extremely valuable to talk through your experiences, piece together any gaps in your memory and try to make sense of what happened

Remote Doula.

  • Bespoke service depending on need

  • Packages are unique to each client but reflect my in-person fees

  • Following two years of ‘pandemic living’ we all better able to establish connection and build relationships remotely

  • I can offer the majority of my services from a distance
