“You made a huge difference to the early days, taking the pressure off so we can enjoy Ayda and Albie as much as possible.
I just cannot express what it means to be able to breastfeed and I could not have done this without you”
- Hannah - second time mum
“Postnatally Bea helped me to feel confident with breastfeeding which I found initially challenging. She also looked after our girl for a couple of hours at a time to give us a break so we could catch up on some sleep as well as batch cooked. I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a doula.”
- Hannah - first time Mum
“Bea was fantastic. She supported me for a week postnatally, as I was trying to cope with three under 4. She fit in very quickly. The house looked amazing when she left (so tidy!), batched cooked several meals and helped with the laundry. So grateful for all Bea's efforts and would definitely recommend her.”
— Katie - Third time Mum
“Bea was incredibly supportive and kind during a challenging postnatal period! Initially we were in and out of hospital with the baby as he wasn’t well. But Bea offered us a cool head, great advice and lots of proactive ways to make our lives easier at home.”
— Victoria - first time Mum
“Bea is an absolute angel! My little one absolutely loves her; it is like having a very helpful, reassuring, knowledgeable friend around the house who will always go the extra mile just because she truly loves what she does. She is also a WONDERFUL cook.”
— Carly - first time Mum
“Bea came and helped after the birth of my second. She was amazing at filing up the freezer and helping around the house. She was even able to take the baby so that my toddler could have some precious mummy time! Thank you Bea.”
— Sophie - Second time Mum
“I cannot recommend Bea highly enough. She is kind, caring, resourceful, so helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable. She looked after our newborn who was a super premie and gave us reassurance, which was invaluable during long days and sleepless nights. She is the ultimate baby resource and has become a great friend”
— Liz - second time Mum
“Bea was able to reassure me that feelings were normal and gave me the chance to get things done, confident that my daughter would be well looked after. Bea was warm, friendly and helpful and any concerns quickly disappeared. After a couple of weeks I felt more confident in my new role as Mum. I’d recommend Bea to any new parents needing that reassurance and a moment to breathe. Wish I’d found her sooner!”
— Sherisse - first time Mum
“I felt immediately comfortable in Bea’s company, she feels like (an extremely helpful) friend. She always listened empathetically and offered advice in a non judgemental and informal way. She made it very easy to open up. I believe she has fundamentally affected my positive outcome.”
— Amy - First time Mum
“After a difficult birth I desperately needed to have some time to rest and recover. Bea is experienced, friendly and nothing is too much trouble - she has made my experience of early motherhood a lot less stressful and much more positive. Bea has been great to chat to about post-birth emotions, which has really helped me to process things and recover more holistically.
— Juliet - first time Mum
“Bea was everything we needed her to be. She was there to help with the day to day tasks and she enabled me to have a bit of stress free and calm me time. She enabled us both to recollect, reset and relax whilst also providing advice when asked and emotional support (which was definitely needed)”
— Victoria - first time Mum
“Having Bea there as a post natal doula when I was processing all that happened was incredibly helpful. Bea is kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile for her clients and I would absolutely recommend her.”
— Alwynne - first time Mum
“We were delighted to have Bea as our postnatal doula. She’s been incredible in supporting us in so many ways as we find our feet as first-time parents. She has great advice, she’s proactive in helping us in all sorts of ways, and she has a great network that has been really helpful in accessing extra support as needed. She’s also brilliant with our new arrival too! We feel so lucky that she is our doula”
— Jaz - first time Dad

“Bea has been an absolute wonder for us, and we would recommend her to anyone. She was conscientious and diligent - she was great with our son, and we felt he was totally safe and in good hands at all times. Her hard work (and uncanny ability to soothe a newborn) really took the pressure off, and let Mum get some much-needed sleep.”
— Tom - First time Dad
“Bea is a wonderful human and a super doula! She helped me in the early weeks as a new mum while my husband was away on business. This was a lifesaver during nights when I was daunted about being alone, and her support allowed me sleep and have more energy to face the music in the daytime. Bea has also offered invaluable advice from first-hand experiences as a mum of two herself, is an advocate of breastfeeding, and has given me confidence in myself in doing the best we can for our son.”

Birth Debrief.
£50
Whether it’s a month, 6 months or 6 years after you gave birth it can be extremely valuable to talk through your experiences, piece together any gaps in your memory and try to make sense of what happened
This is typically a 1-2 hour appointment (which can be done over the phone or face-to-face), I then prepare a summary of our conversation which can include signposting to further resources
If you feel additional sessions would be useful these can also be scheduled - this can include support in obtaining and reviewing your birth notes
"Bea has been so helpful through my second pregnancy. I have a better understanding of my first delivery and had given me peace of mind going to my second delivery and I had more faith in myself. Definitely recommend Bea"
